Grilled Swordfish

I cook these on my Big Green Egg, but any grill or cast iron grill pan will work, too.
Ingredients
  • 2 Swordfish Steaks
  • ¾ cup of olive oil
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. Toss the marinade ingredients into a zip-top bag or in a non-reactive dish.
  2. Add the swordfish steaks to the marinade.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Remove the swordfish from the marinade and dust the fish with salt and pepper.
  5. Cooked direct at about 500F for 4-5 minutes on each side. Cooking times will vary depending on how hot your grill is and how thick your fish is.
