Beef Short Ribs

Rib rub adapted from Hilah Cooking's recipe.
Ingredients
  • Beef Ribs
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 beer
Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to about 250F and set it up for an indirect cook.
  2. Put the ribs on the grill with the meat side up and cook for 2 hours.
  3. Pour half of a beer in the bottom of a shallow pan, add the ribs to the pan, cover with foil and cook for another 3 hours.
  4. After 3 hours (5 hours total), the ribs are falling from the bone and are ready to eat!
  5. If you cook them in the oven, wrap the ribs tightly in foil and cook for 4 hours at 250F.
