Sunshine State Eggfest 2013

The night I picked up two Prime Delmonico steaks and cooked them TRex style on the Big Green Egg.

How can you go wrong with jalapeños stuffed with goat cheese and shrimp and then wrapped in bacon?

Bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with sausage, chorizo, cream cheese, goat cheese and gouda.

Brazilian filet of sirloin skewers I bought from a local market and cooked on the Big Green Egg.

Bacon wrapped chicken thighs stuffed with goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.

My method for juicy and smoky bacon cheeseburgers cooked on the Big Green Egg.

Bone-in rib eyes cooked on the Big Green Egg with a bottle of Shiraz on the side. Simply perfect.
