Bacon and Basil Sandwich

You already know how much I love bacon but did you know that my favorite sandwich is Bacon and Basil?

Before I forget to ask, what brand of bacon are you eating? I’m always looking for my next favorite.

I’ve been eating Wright Applewood Bacon and I love it.

Fry it up.

Drain it.

Lightly toast and heavily butter your bread of choice.

Real butter, please.

Add the basil.

And then pile on the bacon!

Simple, I know.

This is probably the simplest meal I’ve ever told you about but that doesn’t make it any less delicious.
