Mighty Meaty Pizza

This was one of my favorite pizza topping combinations so far.

Pepperoni, Chorizo, Pancetta, Pesto, Gruyère, Goat Cheese, Sun-dried tomatoes, and Basil.

I brushed the crust with pesto, added shredded gruyère, Boar’s Head pepperoni, thinly sliced chorizo, crispy pancetta, dollops of goat cheese, and rehydrated smoked sun-dried tomatoes.

Then I topped it with fresh basil.

I can’t wait to make this one again!
