Sweet Chili Shrimp
This is what I call Cheater’s Shrimp because it takes very little prep time… or thinking.
I like to keep shrimp in the freezer at all times for moments like this. I can prepare a fast, full flavor dinner in no time at all.
Peel and devein the shrimp and then marinate in Sweet Chili Sauce for a few minutes.
Get a grill pan really hot and cook the shrimp for a couple of minutes on each side.
Add a little salt, pepper, and cumin.
Once the shrimp are cooked through toss them on a plate, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and serve with a little bit of the Sweet Chili Sauce on the side.
That’s it!
Ridiculously easy, remarkably delicious.
