John and I met up with several friends tonight before we all go our separate ways for the Christmas Holiday.
We all agreed to try a Cuban restaurant that is new in town, El Ambia Cubano.
In one word, WOW.
John ordered Cuban Style Roasted Pork and I ordered the Masas De Puerco Fritas:
That translates to Tender chunks of fried pork drizzled with mojo and served with rice, beans, and tostones.
It was as delicious as it looks… if not better.
Not only was the food superb, but our table of 8 received friendly personalized service as if we were a table of 2.
After all, as their website says, Ambia means “friend.”
We will be back. More than likely it will be for lunch tomorrow.
Thank you, Alfredo and family.
