Honey Prosciutto Flatbread
I read about these last week on She Wears Many Hats.
It’s simple, but the flavors are so complex.
Flatbread crackers, a few slices of gouda, thinly sliced prosciutto, slices of red onion, and then drizzled with honey.
I made these for a party this past weekend and everyone went nuts over them.
The flavor combination is superb.
