Crab Legs
Crab is one of my favorite foods.
Every year my parents would ask me what I wanted for my birthday dinner and every year my answer was the same.
Crab Legs! Please? Can we go out for crab legs?!?
Every birthday, they took me out for crab legs. My parents are awesome like that.
Now I make them at home for no reason at all other than it’s easy and I love them.
You can steam crab legs, but I like to roast them in the oven.
Add some water and minced garlic to a sheet pan and then lay the crab on a rack like this:
The water will create a little steam and keep them from drying out.
Roast at 450F for about 20 minutes.
I make a simple garlic butter for dipping.
Can you smell that? Oh my…
Cover your table with newspaper or cardboard, throw the crab legs into a bowl, and go for it!
So easy. So good.
Don’t forget the napkins!
